How To Measure Your Foot
Trace it
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Trace the outline of your foot with a pen held straight up.
Measure it
Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of your longest toe, in centimeters.
Add breathing room
Add 0.5cm to that number, then match it to the insole cm measurement shown in the product images.
💡 Measure both feet in the evening (feet swell slightly during the day) and always size to the larger foot.
