Every single pair goes through our 6-step spa process: handpicked inspection, ultrasonic deep scrubbing with organic solutions, 120°C steam sanitization (kills 99.9% of bacteria and fungi), outsole detailing, suede and leather conditioning, and finally ozone deodorization.
Since different brands (Nike vs. New Balance vs. Adidas) can vary in sizing, we measure the insole length in centimeters (cm) for every single shoe listed. We strongly recommend measuring your own foot: place a sheet of paper against a wall, stand with your heel touching the wall, mark the longest point of your foot, and measure that in cm. Then match it to the insole measurement on the product card, leave 0.5 cm of breathing space for comfort.
Yes, this is the nature of curated thrift. Each shoe in our inventory is a unique pair. We do not have stacks of different sizes for the same model.
We offer a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee for orders below Rs. 7,000. For orders above Rs. 7,000, shipping is completely FREE across Pakistan. We ship via Leopard Courier, Fastex, TCS, or M&P. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad receive deliveries in 1–3 working days. Other regions typically take 4–5 working days.
Yes. We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy. If the shoe does not fit despite checking the insole cm, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. You can exchange it for any other available shoe in your correct size. We strongly recommend verifying the insole cm measurement before ordering to avoid this situation.
